• Blank Check Request Form: Expenses $200 or less can be approved by your Board liaison; all higher amounts must be approved by a majority of the Aberdeen Board members [at a monthly Board meeting or via email/phone canvas conducted by your liaison]. Identify who the check should be made out to, where it needs to be mailed, and what it's for. Include any invoices and/or reference any invoice number.
  
  
• Sample Deposit Slip: Be sure to include your Program Name (all programs share one bank account) and type of funds (registrations, fund raiser, costumes, etc.).
